We love working with the Snapsis CSS nav menu. We utilise the functionality of the Snapsis Engine to manage your skins and extend the look and feel of the menu. A great tool to make CSS changes on the fly for your DotNetNuke website.

Snapsis CSS Nav Menu

The Snapsis Skinning Engine has been something I've really liked for a long time. It's not a secret that it was primarily the reason I got into skinning anyway with the ability to give control to the end user (someone like me) and as time progressed, and John Mitchell from Snapsis (DotNetNukeSkins.com) further enhanced the ability for non technical people, easy ways to manage the look and feel of their site.

The Snapsis engine has been used extensively throughout this website allowing you to change skins when logged in as a registered use, to make viewing and managing the site more fun and suited to your style.

I had some challenges with the previous release and didn't use Snapsis, but in the development of the new site, tcollaborated with John over a couple of weeks, hassling him with questions and why not's and what if's and combined a heavily modified site resizer, along with the Snapsis engine, so that you could have more choices at your fingertips.  The end result an enriched user experience.

In DNN 4, the product has improved even more - with the skin selector from a dropdown box, I'm thinking it could give users the ability to customise their interface.  What a great step forward this is.  I have been converting our free skins to the Snapsis Engine and envisage that it will be a natural progression in our development in the future to encompass this in our skins we provide.

For those looking for cool Tab Styled menus, you'd appreciate what can be done using the CSS engine from John.

There are a few Tabbed styles menus popping up but John is an experienced developer with extensive knowledge of DotNetNuke and his menus work well.
